Precautions for the Installation and Use of the Baler:

1. After the machine arrives, place it on a flat ground. There is no need for a foundation.
2. Before use, 46# anti wear hydraulic oil needs to be added. You need to purchase the hydraulic oil locally. When the hydraulic cylinder is at the top, it is considered qualified if about 90% of the oil tank is filled. If too little oil is added, the cylinder may experience a jolting sensation when descending, and the oil temperature is likely to be too high.
3. The motor terminal box should be firm to prevent looseness and phase missing, which may cause the motor to burn out.
4. Try to flatten the materials placed in the box to prevent uneven stress on the hydraulic plate and oblique pressing, which may damage the cylinder.
5. If you are in a supermarket, indoors, or other places with high requirements for equipment noise, please contact your customer manager to customize a solution.
6. If there is a problem with the machine, do not repair it without permission. For any problems, please contact the after – sales service and carry out the repair under the guidance of professionals.
